License

Marked 3 is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer (except where legally permitted), or redistribute the software outside the terms of your license.

Support

Purchases include priority support. Support channels and response times may change over time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" without warranties, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
